About the role
At Genesis, we’re seeking a Senior Manager, Genesis CRM to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing and delivering CRM programs to drive vehicle demand and better customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver CRM programs to drive vehicle demand and better customer engagement.
- Manage direct and email communications programs as well as the overall new vehicle marketing communications for owners, hand raisers and prospects.
- Oversee the digital CRM ecosystem and develop cross-channel customer journeys.
- Provide business leadership and manage marketing agencies.
- Provide creative and directional support.
- Oversee CRM performance analytics and reporting.
- Lead owner, hand-raiser, and prospect communications and engagement programs, including strategy, execution, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with GMA, IT, and agencies.
- Oversee daily operations and development of new vehicle marketing programs, including email and direct mail campaigns.
- Manage multiple CRM agencies, providing strategic leadership to ensure aligned, on-budget campaign delivery.
- Utilize emerging technologies and data to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
- Develop customer engagement strategies supporting Genesis brand growth, demand generation, loyalty, and vehicle sales.
- Oversee digital ecosystem development to enable a 360-degree customer view and seamless cross-channel journeys.
- Design and evolve customer loyalty programs, including gifting, events, and owner community building to boost advocacy and NPS.
- Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to ensure program alignment and execution.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy across CRM and digital CX initiatives in partnership with legal, privacy, and incentives teams.
- Deliver campaign performance reports to leadership, marketing, sales, and regional stakeholders.
- Maintain executive presence, preparing and presenting strategic briefings.
- Manage and track budgets effectively.
- Lead team performance management and development.
- Exercise decision-making authority and drive results with significant departmental impact.
Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Master’s degree a plus.
- Eight or more years of relevant experience.
- Three or more years of managing a team.
- Three or more years of direct CRM experience.
- Automotive industry experience highly preferred.
- Agency and/or vendor experience, a plus.
- Advanced working knowledge of CRM-related MarTech, data modelling, and customer segmentation.

- Ability to manage high-paced environment with multiple projects and agency personnel.
- Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships at a variety of levels.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and set priorities.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to create executive level presentations.
Benefits
Compensation Range: $114,800 - $164,000 annual base salary
Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
