Responsibilities

• Field Operations Leadership
• Contractor & Vendor Performance
• Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
• Customer Escalation Management
• Safety, Quality & Compliance
• Technology, Reporting & AI-Driven Process Improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of telecommunications, broadband, utilities, infrastructure, or field operations leadership experience
• Experience leading installation, repair, fulfillment, or maintenance operations
• Strong contractor/vendor management experience
• KPI reporting, operational analytics, and process improvement expertise
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced Excel and reporting proficiency
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Preferred: FTTH/Broadband experience
• Preferred: Multi-market operations leadership
• Preferred: Knowledge of utility locates, drop bury, and field quality programs
• Preferred: Experience with Gaiia, Sitetracker, Jira, Tableau, or Power BI
• Preferred: Experience using Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for business productivity
