Senior Manager, Field Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversight of day-to-day operations of field teams, including resource allocation and scheduling
• Development and implementation of operational strategies to enhance efficiency and service quality
• Leading and mentoring field professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Monitoring KPIs and SLAs, addressing performance gaps through corrective actions
• Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless program execution and client satisfaction
• Management of operational budgets to achieve cost-effectiveness
• Identification of operational risks and creation of contingency plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's preferred
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in field operations within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device industry
• 3-5 years of leadership experience managing field-based teams
• Prominent track record of managing complex operational programs and achieving performance improvements
• Strong understanding of field service management, logistics, and supply chain processes
• Experience with patient assistance programs and operational policies
• General knowledge of reimbursement and market access landscapes
