SENIOR FIELD MANAGER
Job Summary
As a Senior Field Manager in our Dayton Division, you will manage the construction and delivery of our new homes ensuring quality, timeliness, cost, and customer satisfaction. The Field Manager will serve as the primary contact for trade partners, customers, and internal associates for each home they are overseeing. The most rewarding part of this role is being able to look back on cul-de-sacs, streets, and ultimately neighborhoods and take great pride in being the builder who created the community.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ Years of Experience managing residential construction projects
- Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Construction Management, Engineering, or a relevant field.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Must use sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through telecommunication, phone, and face-to-face contact.
- Must be able to climb permanent, temporary, and ladders.
- Must be able to walk on uneven surfaces through mud, ruts, etc.
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods with low periods of reaching and standing.
- Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Must be able to travel to job sites regularly throughout the day.
