Senior Manager - Field Services

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager - Field Services to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space. This role will lead field service operations supporting maintenance performance, safety, and resource coordination across a defined project region. The Senior Manager will partner closely with regional leadership to manage budgets, guide on-site teams, and drive operational efficiency in a fast-moving energy environment. The position also plays a key role in maintaining compliance, strengthening team capability, and improving service delivery outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Lead safety and productivity initiatives, proactively addressing roadblocks Collaborate with regional directors on budget management Oversee on-site resource staff, including employees and contractors Mentor maintenance technicians and contractors Identify cost reduction and efficiency improvement opportunities Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance Enforce OSHA and NFPA safety standards and train team members on safe practices Create and manage work orders for resource technicians Qualifications 7+ years of maintenance experience, including 3+ years in a management role Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office HVAC and electrical certifications preferred Familiarity with renewable energy systems and grid storage solutions Excellent written and oral communication skills Customer-focused with strong interpersonal abilities Demonstrated problem-solving skills in electrical troubleshooting and schematic interpretation Benefits Opportunity to work in a fast-growing company in the power sector Engagement in a leadership role within a rapidly developing field Travel opportunities within the assigned project region Professional development through training and certifications Collaborative work environment with cross-functional teams Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
