Senior Manager - Field Services
Responsibilities
- Provides leadership for the Field Service team including staffing of Field Service positions for future projects and/or analysis and placement of existing headcount to specific projects
- Manages execution to Contract requirements and site service implementation of the contract award
- Works in conjunction with Sales to build cost modeling for Project Service Bids as well as co-author RFQ responses aligned with Business Development and/or Sales Management
- Responsible for development and maintenance, analysis, and improvement of contracts regarding Revenue and Margin
- Responsible for vendor negotiation of services and equipment for Project Services Bids and Contract Awards
- Responsible for the completion of Customer Reporting
- Performs scheduling and assignment of Site Safety Audits
- Responsible for the P&L for each Project and all project roll-ups
Qualifications
- High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Licenses/Certificates/Designations: OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 Certification preferred
- 7 years required supervision experience in a construction environment
- 7 years of experience in managing a team, projects, and/or facilities
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to anticipate and prepare for customer needs
- Able to adapt to changing situations and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- 8-10 years preferred of supervision experience in a construction environment
- OSHA 10 and OSHA 30, Lift Equipment Certification preferred

Pay
$122,328 - $168,201 Annually
This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
