About the role

The Senior Manager, Facilities and Supply Chain is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facilities and supply chain department. This includes managing the maintenance of all company facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating the procurement and distribution of necessary supplies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance of all company facilities, including regular inspections and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate the procurement and distribution of necessary supplies to support business operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and meet business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing facilities and supply chain operations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with facility management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
