Senior Manager- Epic Training Environment & Content Strategy

Responsibilities

• Oversee training environment strategy and governance
• Manage training environment build and rebuild requests
• Act as liaison between business units, Clinical Informatics, and IT
• Establish standards for training documentation and learning materials
• Ensure training content aligns with operational needs
• Monitor environment readiness and manage risks
• Lead continuous improvement in training processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or enterprise training
• Epic certification required
• Hands-on experience with MST build and rebuild processes
• Experience developing scalable training materials and documentation
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Pay

$67,900 – $199,144 annually
