Senior Manager, Enterprise Developer Advocacy

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the NAMER Advocacy Team, coaching and managing senior developers
• Own and customize the delivery of DevDays for enterprise engagement
• Run enterprise-focused programs, contributing to recurring sessions like Office Hours
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Developer Success to align advocacy efforts with business goals
• Qualify and prioritize advocacy requests based on strategic value and demand
• Contribute directly to technical sessions and create enterprise-friendly content
• Establish trust as a technical advocate within enterprise accounts

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in developer advocacy or solutions engineering, particularly in enterprise SaaS
• Proven people-leadership experience, actively coaching senior advocates
• Hands-on technical credibility to build, demo, and instruct
• Operational mindset with a focus on managing programs and commitments
• Cross-functional collaboration skills, translating technical insights into business impact
• Genuine passion for empowering developers and fostering community trust
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration or distributed systems is a strong plus
