About the role
Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the public voice of Crusoe Cloud to developers, ML engineers, and technical builders, building genuine relationships with practitioners rather than broadcasting at them.
- Earn the trust of technical audiences and differentiate Crusoe in a crowded market by defining a distinctive point of view on AI infrastructure, GPU compute, model training, and inference.
- Create and own a cohesive narrative for Crusoe Cloud, engaging developers across social platforms and technical communities, and translating developer-level credibility into broader awareness and reputation.
- Define Crusoe Cloud's developer engagement strategy, content, and short-form video strategy, and establish a presence in developer-focused channels and events.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure content and messaging reflect real product and market needs, and translate developer-level credibility into broader influence on platform adoption.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in developer relations, developer marketing, technical content creation, or a closely related field, with a track record of building and engaging technical audiences at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to earn credibility with deeply technical audiences (AI and ML practitioners, cloud infrastructure engineers) and measurable impact on awareness, engagement, or adoption.
- Hands-on, current technical fluency. You can credibly discuss GPU clusters, model training workflows, inference optimization, and cloud infrastructure with engineers and product managers.
- Working knowledge of distributed inference and post-training techniques (e.g., fine-tuning, LoRA, quantization, RLHF, model distillation), with enough depth to speak credibly with practitioners and translate these concepts into content that resonates.
- Able to carry a single, credible narrative across audiences, from hands-on practitioners to the architects, economic buyers, and executives who shape infrastructure decisions.
- Proven experience creating content that performs, with direct, hands-on experience producing short-form video for technical or developer audiences.
- A strong personal point of view and the comfort and presence to be a public-facing voice on camera and across social platforms.
- Strategic thinker who executes with precision, equally comfortable setting the engagement strategy and personally shipping the content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex technical concepts clear, compelling, and genuinely interesting.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, ideally at an AI-native company, hyperscale cloud provider, or infrastructure startup.
