About the role

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Content & Social leads our enterprise social media presence and serves as the Communications team's primary content creator—producing executive videos, colleague stories, product launches, thought leadership, and major company announcements. The ideal candidate is equal parts journalist, producer, videographer, editor, social strategist, and creative director. We need someone who brings fresh ideas, tests new formats, takes creative risks, and constantly pushes us to tell stories in modern, engaging, and unexpected ways. This role partners closely with marketing and communications leaders to ensure a consistent enterprise voice while elevating the work of product brands and regional teams worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Social Strategy
    • Own the company's global enterprise social media strategy and editorial calendar.
    • Create and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms.
    • Monitor performance, identify trends, and optimize content based on analytics.
    • Develop campaigns that enhance reputation, attract talent, and showcase innovation.
    • Stay ahead of platform trends, AI tools, and evolving best practices.
  • Content Creation
    • Leverage visual storytelling to communicate our mission, bringing products, science, people, and purpose to life.
    • Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality video for internal and external audiences.
    • Produce executive videos, event recaps, product launch content, employee features, and behind-the-scenes storytelling.
    • Create graphics, short-form video, photography, and multimedia content optimized for each platform.
    • Develop creative concepts that simplify complex scientific and business topics.
    • Capture content at company events, manufacturing sites, customer meetings, and conferences worldwide.
  • Editorial & Storytelling
    • Identify compelling stories across the business before anyone else does.
    • Translate technical, scientific, and financial information into engaging content.
    • Develop content for Bausch.com and other owned channels to reinforce our reputation.
    • Partner with executives to build authentic thought leadership.
    • Maintain a steady cadence of content that reflects the company's strategy and culture.
  • Enterprise Coordination
    • Serve as the hub for enterprise social media, partnering with product brands, regions, and country teams.
    • Establish best practices, governance, and content-sharing processes across the organization.
    • Help local teams amplify enterprise campaigns while preserving their own voice.
    • Identify opportunities to repurpose content across multiple audiences and channels.
  • Innovation
    • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation and improve creative quality.
    • Experiment with new formats, technologies, and storytelling techniques.
    • Challenge conventions in corporate communications by introducing new approaches and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Digital Media, English, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years creating digital-first content for companies, media, agencies, or news organizations.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editorial judgment.
  • Professional experience shooting and editing video.
  • Strong photography and visual storytelling skills.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and audience behavior.
  • Experience managing executive communications and thought leadership.
  • Experience with AI-powered creative and editing tools.
  • Ability to move seamlessly from strategy discussions to capturing content in the field.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Pay

The starting pay for this role is between $150,000.00 and $180,000.00. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives.
