Senior Manager, Ecommerce Finance

Conair LLC · Stamford, CT · 1 mo ago
Full-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present. We must not repeat job title. No job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove application instructions like "Apply online...". Also remove "Equal Opportunity Employer...". Also remove "Are you passionate..." etc. Also remove "Environmental Factors" maybe? It's a section but we need to see if it's substantive. It includes working conditions, schedule info. Could be considered schedule? The posting includes schedule: "This role requires Stamford, CT office on-site presence Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere on Fridays." That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section with that content. Also "Environmental Factors" includes sitting, computer use, etc. Could be part of schedule or working conditions. Might be better to combine into Schedule section? But we need headings only for sections with real specific content. We have: About the role (Position Summary), Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities), Qualifications, Benefits (What We Offer), Schedule (office presence). Also maybe "About Conair" could be a section? Could be "About the Company". But the instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). They gave examples but not limited. We can include About Conair as a section maybe "About Conair". But they said prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. About Conair is descriptive but maybe not needed? It's substantive about company. Could include as "About Conair". However they said use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). They didn't list About Conair but could be okay. But to be safe, we could omit About Conair as it's not required and could be considered boilerplate? It's descriptive but maybe not needed. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine company description into maybe a brief paragraph under About the role? But they said preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the Conair description. Could put it under a heading "About Conair". That's a section with substantive content. That seems fine. We also need to not include Pay section because no pay info. Benefits we have. Schedule we have. Responsibilities we have. Qualifications we have. Possibly Skills? Not separate; qualifications include skills. Could combine. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information: Position Summary paragraph, responsibilities bullet points, qualifications bullet points, benefits bullet points, schedule info, environmental factors (sitting, computer use, office presence). Also maybe "Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time." That's environmental factors. Could be part of Schedule or a separate "Working Conditions" section. But we only have headings list; we could add a "Working Conditions" heading if we want. But they said prefer few sections. Could incorporate into Schedule section as additional details. We need to not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for "Ecommerce Finance Senior Manager". Good. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So remove "Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled". Also remove "Are you passionate about this opportunity but worried that you don’t have 100% of the experience we’re looking for? We still want to hear from you! Apply online and let us know why you would make a great addition to Conair!" Also remove any duplicated lines (none seen). Also remove any navigation etc. Now craft HTML. Structure:

In addition to supporting the execution of typical FP&A reporting, forecasting, & budgeting processes within the Ecommerce Finance team, this position is accountable for setting direction, guiding trade-offs, and delivering measurable business impact.

But we need to avoid repeating "Position Summary" maybe keep as part of paragraph. It's okay. Then Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through ambiguity
    • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
    • Experience with SAP, Power BI, and planning tools (e.g., Adaptive)
Maybe also include Leadership Differentiators? That's more like competencies. Could be part of Qualifications or a separate "Skills" section. But we can incorporate into Qualifications as bullet points? The text: "Leadership Differentiators Sets financial strategy and understands how to best execute against it Influences senior leadership decisions with enterprise-wide impact Owns outcomes and accountability for P&L performance Leads teams and develops talent". That's substantive. Could add as bullet points under Qualifications or a separate "Skills" section. Since we have Qualifications already, we could add those as bullet points under Qualifications as well. But they are more like competencies. Could create a "Skills" section. But to keep few sections, we can add them under Qualifications. Add bullets:
  • Sets financial strategy and understands how to best execute against it
  • Influences senior leadership decisions with enterprise-wide impact
  • Owns outcomes and accountability for P&L performance
  • Leads teams and develops talent
  • Now Benefits:

    Benefits

    • Generous Paid Time Off Programs
    • Life & Disability Insurance
    • FSA/HSA/Dependent Care FSA
    • Paid Parental Leave
    • 401k and company match
    • EAP & Employee Wellness Programs
    • Volunteer Days
    • Paid Time Off
    • (duplicate? Actually "Generous Paid Time Off Programs" and "Paid Time Off" maybe duplicate; but we must preserve all substantive information, not remove duplicates unless they are duplicated lines. The text had "Generous Paid Time Off Programs" and later "Paid Time Off" under Volunteer Days? Actually original: "Volunteer Days Paid Time Off". It might be "Volunteer Days Paid Time Off" as a single benefit? Let's re-examine original: "What We Offer Comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision plansGenerous Paid Time Off ProgramsLife & Disability InsuranceFSA/HSA/Dependent Care FSAPaid Parental Leave401k and company matchEAP & Employee Wellness ProgramsVolunteer Days Paid Time OffFree breakfast and lunch in the Stamford office" It seems missing spaces. Likely benefits: Comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision plans, Generous Paid Time Off Programs, Life & Disability Insurance, FSA/HSA/Dependent Care FSA, Paid Parental Leave, 401k and company match, EAP & Employee Wellness Programs, Volunteer Days, Paid Time Off, Free breakfast and lunch in the Stamford office. Actually "Volunteer Days Paid Time Off" maybe two separate: Volunteer Days, Paid Time Off. We'll keep both. Add Free breakfast and lunch. So bullets:
    • Comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision plans
    • Generous Paid Time Off Programs
    • Life & Disability Insurance
    • FSA/HSA/Dependent Care FSA
    • Paid Parental Leave
    • 401k and company match
    • EAP & Employee Wellness Programs
    • Volunteer Days
    • Paid Time Off
    • Free breakfast and lunch in the Stamford office
    • Now Schedule:

      Schedule

This role requires Stamford, CT office on-site presence Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere on Fridays.

Also environmental factors: sitting, computer use, etc. Could add to Schedule paragraph or a separate "Working Conditions". Let's add to Schedule paragraph after schedule info.

This role requires Stamford, CT office on-site presence Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere on Fridays.
