The Norfolk Airport Authority is seeking a Senior Manager, Director of Information Technology.

About the role

  • Oversee the development and implementation of airport technology strategies.
  • Manage IT projects and ensure alignment with the airport's strategic goals.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain IT infrastructure to support airport operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate technology solutions.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals to deliver high-quality services.
  • Monitor and improve IT performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in IT management.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Experience with airport operations and technology.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in IT management.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
