Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across various digital channels, including but not limited to website, SEM, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
- Manage and optimize the company website to enhance user experience, increase conversion rates, and drive engagement.
- Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with content to develop engaging and conversion-focused content for digital channels.
- Analyze campaign performance data and key metrics to measure ROI and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform digital marketing strategies.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in digital marketing technology and tools, and implement best practices to enhance campaign performance.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and communicate insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, SEMRush, and Hubspot.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
