About the Role

Join GALLO as our Senior Manager, Web & Digital Marketing and lead the strategies that shape how consumers discover, engage with, and experience our brands across digital channels. You’ll bring together websites, email/SMS, SEO, CRM, paid media landing pages, and emerging AI-driven search to create connected consumer journeys that drive brand growth and business results. As a digital marketing subject matter expert, you’ll turn data into action — leading A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, audience segmentation, analytics, and personalized marketing programs while advancing Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). You’ll partner across brand, MarTech, social, creative, data and insights, PR, paid media, and external agencies to build integrated strategies and continually improve the consumer experience. You’ll also shape the future of our digital marketing organization: evolving operating models, assessing readiness for emerging capabilities, and managing resources through Agile/Scrum practices to ensure the team scales with the business. As a people leader, you’ll coach and develop talent, champion the thoughtful use of AI tools, establish scalable best practices, and create an environment where innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning translate into meaningful results.
