Senior Manager, Creative Strategy

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager Creative Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Media environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Define and oversee creative strategy to align with client objectives Translate business goals into actionable creative messaging Build trust with clients through strategic rationale and recommendations Lead presentations and strategic discussions as the main contact for clients Identify the need for additional Creative Strategy resources and adjustments Enhance Creative Strategy frameworks and testing methodologies Utilize data to inform strategy and refine messaging over time Qualifications 7-10+ years of experience in creative strategy, marketing, brand strategy, or advertising 3+ years of team management or leadership experience Proven track record in developing campaign strategies and creative briefs Experience managing client relationships with in-house or agency teams Proficiency in analyzing performance data from platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Strong understanding of A/B and multivariate testing methodologies Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools in strategic roles Benefits Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) and 20 paid holidays Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical and wellness benefits Retirement plan with 4% contribution matching On-demand learning and development resources Generous parental leave policy for birthing parents and partners Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
