Senior Manager, Contracts - Data Center
Supply Chain Management
Responsibilities
- Manage contracts for data center supply chain
- Oversee contract negotiations and compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate contract execution
- Monitor contract performance and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on contract terms
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management or supply chain management
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and management
- Strong understanding of data center industry standards and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
