About the role
The Consumer Insights Senior Manager plays a critical role representing the voice of the consumer for the enterprise. As the key contact for the brand and commercial teams, this role translates data into insights that shape brand and go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate is analytically savvy, a skilled presenter, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. This position offers exposure to a variety of business needs and functions within a fast-growing brand.
Responsibilities
- Proven project management skills to execute custom research projects, owning every step from internal briefing to external vendor partnership to recommendation framing.
- Own the co-creation of a comprehensive learning agenda with the brand team to ensure research investment aligns with strategic objectives.
- Advanced skills in multi-method research design (qualitative and quantitative).
- Comfortable piloting emerging research capabilities/methodologies (e.g., AI-enabled).
- Support day-to-day business needs for performance monitoring, including:
- Become the subject matter expert on data analytics for both POS and Panel data.
- Partner closely with vendors to deliver effective Brand Health Tracker results.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret marketplace trends and customer data for marketing and product development strategies/plans.
- Partner and influence cross-functional teams, including brand marketing and category commercial, by providing end-to-end insights that support key business initiatives.
- Provide category insights that support fact-based content for customer sell-ins.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Market Research, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Extensive experience leading custom qualitative and quantitative research.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with POS and consumer panel data strongly preferred (e.g., Nielsen/Circana, Numerator).
- Strong familiarity with analysis and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
- Ability to leverage multiple resources (primary and secondary) to craft actionable storytelling.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the business, including senior leadership.

Pay
Base pay range: $125,000—$140,000 USD. Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Schedule
This is an exempt position. Travel requirements: 10-15%.
