We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Benefits, Pay, Skills? The instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to extract substantive content: The posting includes description (About the role), Responsibilities list, Ideal candidate (Qualifications/Skills), Basic Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Pay info (salary ranges per location), Benefits statement (Capital One offers a comprehensive...), maybe Schedule? Not mentioned. So we should include sections: About the role (prose), Responsibilities (ul), Requirements (maybe combine Basic and Preferred Qualifications as Requirements?), Skills (maybe separate?), Benefits (ul? Actually benefits is prose), Pay (ul? Actually pay is list of locations with salary ranges). We need to decide sections. We must not create sections with filler. So we need to ensure each section has real content. Let's parse: - About the role: The first paragraph(s) describing role: "The Senior Manager, Compliance Advisory, (Network Compliance) will perform a key risk management role..." etc. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: bullet list after "Responsibilities:" with multiple items. - Requirements: Could combine Basic Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications? Or separate sections: Requirements (Basic Qualifications) and Preferred Qualifications? The instruction says we can use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide. We have Basic Qualifications (Bachelor's Degree or military experience, at least 3 years experience developing/evaluating/implementing technology or risk assessment activities, at least 8 years legal/compliance/risk management experience OR at least 7 years regulatory experience in consumer financial services or payments industry). Preferred Qualifications (Advanced degree, including Juris Doctorate or Master’s degree, 9+ years legal, compliance, or risk management experience OR 8+ years regulatory experience in consumer financial services or payments industry). Also there is a list of ideal candidate traits (organizational skills, results orientation, collaborative, solution-oriented, interpersonal, presentation, communications skills, strategic influencing, ability to balance operating independently, ability to thrive as team player, understanding of key regulatory requirements and three lines of defense). Those could be considered Skills or Requirements. We could create sections: About the role (p), Responsibilities (ul), Qualifications (maybe combine Basic and Preferred as sub-sections? But we need headings only; we could have a single Qualifications section with both basic and preferred as ul? But we need to differentiate? Not required. Could list all qualifications as ul items. However we need to preserve all substantive info; we can combine. Better: Have sections: About the role (p), Responsibilities (ul), Qualifications (ul) containing both basic and preferred qualifications plus ideal candidate traits? But ideal candidate traits are more like skills/competencies. Could have Skills section (ul) for those traits. Pay: we have salary ranges per location. That's specific content. So we need a Pay section with ul of locations and ranges. Benefits: statement about comprehensive benefits, plus note about eligibility varies, etc. That's substantive. So Benefits section with p (maybe ul? but it's prose). Could include a short p. Schedule: not mentioned, so omit. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodation, legal, etc. Also remove "At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position." That's maybe substantive? It's about sponsorship; could be considered metadata but maybe we should keep? It's not a heading; it's a statement. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The sponsorship statement is not exactly those categories; it's about work authorization. Might be considered relevant. However it's a minor metadata; but we could fold into a short p. The instruction says do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Sponsorship is minor metadata; we could include in a short p under About the role or separate? Probably better to drop it as it's not essential to role description? But it's substantive info about eligibility. However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep it. But we need to avoid boilerplate; sponsorship is not boilerplate. So we keep. Also we have "This role is expected to accept applications for a minimum of 5 business days. No agencies please." That's application instruction; should be removed. Also "Learn more at the Capital One Careers website." that's application instruction; remove. Also "Eligibility varies based on full or part-time status, exempt or non-exempt status, and management level." that's part of benefits description; we can keep within benefits. Also "Capital One is an equal opportunity employer..." that's EEO boilerplate; remove. Also "Capital One promotes a drug-free workplace." remove. Also "Capital One will consider for employment qualified applicants with a criminal history..." remove. Also "If you have visited our website..." accommodation info; remove. Also "For technical support or questions about Capital One's recruiting process..." remove. Also "Capital One does not provide, endorse nor guarantee..." remove. Also "Capital One Financial is made up of several different entities..." remove. Thus we keep core content. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

    About the role

    ... (combined description)

    Responsibilities

    • ...
    • ...

    Qualifications

    • Basic Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
      • At least 3 years of experience developing, evaluating or implementing technology or risk assessment activities

    • Preferred Qualifications:
      • Advanced degree, including Juris Doctorate or Master’s degree
      • 9+ years of legal, compliance, or risk management experience OR 8+ years of regulatory experience in consumer financial services or payments industry
    • Ideal candidate traits:
      • Strong organizational skills, clear results orientation, and focus on achieving both short and long term goals
      • Successful track record of thriving in both a highly regulated industry and a fast paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment
      • Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with solid teamwork skills; ability to build and leverage the capabilities of a high-performing team
      • Highly developed interpersonal, presentation, and communications skills (written and oral) coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
      • Ability to balance operating independently with appropriate escalation and interaction with senior leadership
      • Ability to thrive as a team player and interact with associates across functions, departments, and job levels, both inside and outside the Compliance Department
      • Understanding of key regulatory requirements and three lines of defense risk management framework
But nesting ul inside li may be okay but could be considered not ideal. Perhaps better to have separate sections: Basic Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Skills. However instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine into one Qualifications section with plain list items, each item being a qualification statement. Could list each bullet as separate item, but we need to differentiate basic vs preferred? Could just list all qualifications as items; but we lose distinction. However we can still include the phrasing "Basic Qualification:" as part of item text. That's fine. Thus we can have:
