Responsibilities
- Lead the design and management of compensation programs across North America
- Manage a team of at least 2 full-time direct reports
- Consult with key business positions to align compensation initiatives with business objectives
- Analyze market position, internal equity, and program effectiveness
- Oversee communication strategies for compensation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations
- Support M&A projects related to compensation
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Compensation roles
- 5+ years of management experience
- In-depth knowledge of employee relations and HR initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
