About the role

This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and align the company’s total rewards strategy with business goals
  • Manage compensation programs through benchmarking and surveys
  • Oversee annual merit cycle for pay parity and competitive compensation
  • Educate organization on compensation philosophies and practices
  • Lead initiatives to refine the company’s compensation model for maturity
  • Track compensation-related indicators to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with leaders to refine roles and incentives

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in Compensation administration
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management
  • Strong planning and project management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with Pave knowledge as a plus

Pay

$212,440 – $265,550 annually
