This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes within a healthcare environment. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary partner to Sales Enablement and SO&E leaders to identify capability gaps
- Develop the U.S. Commercial Capability & Innovation roadmap
- Evaluate and pilot innovative solutions to enhance seller productivity
- Lead execution and measurement of capability innovation initiatives
- Design and scale AI-enabled learning and coaching solutions
- Establish onboarding standards and readiness measures
- Define success measures and performance indicators for capability investments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or related field
- Experience implementing scalable enablement or onboarding programs
- Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
- Ability to translate priorities into measurable solutions
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to influence and align across diverse teams
Pay
$134,100 – $214,500 annually
