Senior Manager, Product & Innovation

For a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space, we are seeking a Senior Manager of Product & Innovation to lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency.

About the role

This position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Real Estate & Construction environment. Location: Remote – US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a cross-functional team in data analytics, engineering, and program management
• Manage hiring, performance, and career development within the team
• Progressively take ownership of the Product & Innovation roadmap and budget
• Translate field operations needs into technical capabilities for stakeholders
• Identify and scope automation opportunities based on field leadership input
• Drive product adoption and change management across multiple sites
• Architect and develop AI applications and infrastructure solutions on AWS

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance or reliability operations; 10+ years preferred
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams
• Hands-on experience with AWS application design and deployment
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with additional programming experience desirable
• Experience building AI/LLM-powered applications for real users
• Familiarity with ETL processes and analytics platforms

Pay

$155,000 – $165,000 annually
