About the role

The Senior Manager Clinic Operations provides leadership for standardizing processes and improving outcomes across service lines, supporting business initiatives through project management. They may supervise Practice Managers, serve as a mentor, and organize provider services across multiple hospital campuses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process improvements for clinical services
• Support strategic projects and initiatives
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Practice Managers
• Coordinate provider services across multiple locations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Science, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 6 years healthcare or related experience with technical expertise
• At least 4 years of leadership experience, including supervisory roles
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Business Administration
