Responsibilities

  • Become well versed in client’s therapeutic areas and knowledgeable on their marketing strategy
  • Understand the scope of the project(s) and success criteria
  • Ensure project fiscal health is maintained and timelines are met
  • Engage with clients & other stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Understand & actively participate in client’s medical-regulatory-legal processes, where appropriate
  • Provide oversight and direction to project management team
  • Deliver metrics reports
  • Aid business development team in client strategy and tactical plans both pre & post sale
  • Act as a consultative resource to our clients demonstrating our expertise and knowledge
  • Support your business development counterpart with client renewal strategy

Requirements

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in a client services role in the pharmaceutical industry, project management and/or medical education industry
  • Possess comfort and confidence leading client meetings
  • Possess exceptional written, verbal, and analytical skills
  • Understand data and critical metrics that are important to clients
  • Possess understanding of medical regulatory submission (MLR) process and systems
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail and have the ability to prioritize
  • Have the ability to handle conflict and problem-solve
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities
  • Be flexible and independent while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to travel and work extended hours, as needed
  • Be proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, and Project Management systems

Qualifications

We are a hybrid work environment, and expect our employees to work on-location 3 days a week at our Fort Washington, PA office.

Skills
