We are looking for a success-driven leader with an ambition for cultivating strong client relationships, coaching excellence in clienteling, and driving client loyalty to the brand. This role focuses on client recruitment, retention, and elevation, developing and mentoring luxury clienteling behaviors, and reinforcing KPIs, CRM practices, targeted selling, and client-centric outreach to deliver exceptional client experiences and generate growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead regular 1:1 conversations with client advisors on client journey mapping, understanding client needs, identifying opportunities, and coaching client relationship development.
- Strengthen store teams’ ability to recruit and retain clients through effective outreach and relationship building within the identified market.
- Facilitate execution of all clientele actions at the store level while upholding brand standards of excellence.
- Develop strategies to increase customer traffic and client development, including ideating local boutique activations and reviewing nominations for gifting and events.
- Facilitate business introductions and launch initiatives to recruit local clients through partnerships, personal networks, and client networks.
- Collaborate with Training and CRM teams to reinforce positive clienteling behaviors and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Reinforce client outreach and engagement expectations, empowering the team to achieve goals.
- Maintain strong partnerships with CRM, Events, High-End, and Training teams to drive in-store client strategy and ensure quality data capture aligned with regional priorities.
- Share client feedback and sales opportunities across teams.
- Ensure client details and qualitative information are properly recorded in the database.
- Monitor the store database for appropriate client allocation and reassignment.
- Interpret client trends, share insights on sales generated by appointments, and provide qualitative feedback on client development activities.
- Support company, store events, and product launches to ensure client attendance and achievement of sales goals; share learnings and best practices regionally and nationally.
- Partner with the High End team to coordinate exceptional local and international client experiences, contribute to Regional Client Experience Guides, and assist in execution.
- Analyze customer data to identify growth opportunities and provide insights to support teams in maximizing customer retention.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in retail management, marketing, or CRM, with a focus on client engagement and community building.
- Experience and understanding of luxury retail and/or the service industry preferred.
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, motivate, and inspire others through thoughtful leadership, innovation, and creative thinking, with a focus on client engagement.
- Maintain impeccable standards of presentation, service, and experience with a luxury clientele.
- Demonstrate professionalism, confidence, positivity, and reliability in all interactions, both internal and external.
- Proven ability to build strong, lasting relationships with colleagues and clients, foster community within stores, and reinforce CRM culture and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present clearly and respond to questions concisely.
- Proficiency in multiple languages preferred but not required.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize deadlines.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, self-monitor, and prioritize effectively.
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to travel as needed.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with awareness of local events to leverage for business and networking goals.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office software preferred; familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven marketing strategies.

Pay
Salary Range: $155,000 - $175,000 Annually
