Responsibilities
- Understand organization’s strategy and set up tracking mechanisms for goals
- Own and enhance the strategic Associate Experience roadmap
- Support communications strategy by building presentations and messaging
- Aid leadership in strategic planning, financial and resource management
- Identify and address needs and risks across initiatives and org health
- Lead high-impact special projects aligned with organizational priorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
- 5+ years in staff management and training
- 5+ years in budget management
- 7+ years in organizational development and performance
- 7+ years in project or process management
