About the Role

The Senior Manager, Card Services, Digital Banking oversees the day-to-day execution, control, and performance of Forbright Bank’s debit card servicing operations. This role leads the Card Services function, supporting debit card administration and dispute processing to ensure a high-quality customer experience while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and network requirements.

Key accountabilities include operational execution related to debit card administration, inventory controls, and dispute resolution, with full compliance to Regulation E (Reg E) timeframes, provisional credit requirements, and service level agreements (SLAs). The Senior Manager collaborates closely with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Fraud, Product, and third-party partners (including the Bank’s card processor) to ensure operational integrity, regulatory compliance, and a seamless end-to-end debit card experience in a fast-growing digital banking environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day execution, control, and performance of Forbright Bank’s debit card servicing operations.
  • Lead the Card Services function, ensuring high-quality customer experience and adherence to regulatory and network requirements.
  • Manage operational execution related to debit card administration, inventory controls, and dispute resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with Regulation E (Reg E) timeframes, provisional credit requirements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Fraud, Product, and third-party partners to maintain operational integrity and regulatory compliance.
  • Exhibit flexibility regarding additional duties assigned to support organizational efficiency and growth.

Work Environment

Work is primarily conducted in an office setting, though certain positions may allow for remote work at management discretion. While performing duties, the employee may be regularly required to:

Pay

The pay range for this position is $92,000 (entry-level qualifications) to $102,000 (highly experienced), depending on the candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
