Senior Manager, Business Tax Services

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Business Tax Services practice, responsible for advising clients on a broad range of corporate and individual tax services.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax planning, research, and compliance
• Support mergers and acquisitions
• Conduct tax due diligence
• Analyze tax consequences for domestic and international contexts
• Recognize and resolve complex tax issues
• Prepare reports
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver industry-specific knowledge
• Develop, motivate, and train staff members

Requirements

• Minimum of eight years of public accounting or corporate tax experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Fluency in both English and Japanese
• Comprehensive knowledge of tax matters, including provision, advisory, and ASC 740 application
• Excellent research and communication skills
• Strong ability to manage multiple engagements and client service teams
