Senior Manager, Business Tax Services

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Business Tax Services practice, responsible for advising clients on a broad range of corporate and individual tax services . Key duties include providing tax planning, research, compliance, and supporting mergers and acquisitions , as well as conducting tax due diligence and analyzing tax consequences for domestic and international contexts. Work involves recognizing and resolving complex tax issues , preparing reports, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver industry-specific knowledge. Additionally, the role entails developing, motivating, and training staff members . Qualifications include a minimum of eight years of public accounting or corporate tax experience , a bachelor's degree , and fluency in both English and Japanese . Candidates should have comprehensive knowledge of tax matters , including provision, advisory, and ASC 740 application, along with excellent research and communication skills . Strong ability to manage multiple engagements and client service teams is essential.
