Responsibilities

• Provide expert tax advice and ensure delivery of high-quality service to ultra-high net-worth clients, including families and Family Offices.
• Analyze complex individual income, gift, estate, and trust returns, serving as a trusted advisor on tax developments, legislative, and regulatory changes.
• Manage and oversee multiple client engagement teams, maintaining effective communication to ensure satisfaction.
• Contribute to practice growth, process improvements, and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• At least eight years of relevant tax experience with high-net-worth clients, ideally from an accounting or law firm.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; CPA, EA, JD, or LLM credentials are required or must be obtained within a year of hiring.
• Proven business development skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience leading multiple teams and mentoring staff in a collaborative setting.
• Excellent communication skills to evaluate and articulate complex tax information.
