About the role
As the Business Operations Lead, you will act as a strategic and operational partner to the VP of Business Systems and Strategic Transformation (BST). You will translate high-level vision into consistent execution, orchestrate the department's operational rhythm, and ensure cross-functional follow-through. This role emphasizes governance, performance tracking, and executive communications.
Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and optimize the department's operational cadence, including leadership standups, weekly staff meetings, monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs), and annual planning cycles.
- Own execution tracking across all operational forums, capturing decision outcomes, chasing deliverables, unblocking interdepartmental dependencies, and holding leadership accountable.
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects, particularly BST process optimization.
- Define and track Goals, Improvement targets, KPIs, and system health metrics aligned with corporate objectives.
- Partner with BST Finance and HR to align departmental budget and resource plans.
- Prepare strategic presentations, board-level updates, and all-hands messaging to communicate BST roadmap and ROI.
Qualifications
Must Have:
- University Degree and minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 7+ years of experience.
- 5+ years in business operations, management consulting, corporate strategy, or program management within a tech or high-growth environment.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (U.S. citizen or Green Card holder).
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
Preferred:
- Experience building and running structured operational cadences (staff meetings, QBRs, planning cycles) for technical or executive teams.
- Proven ability to track commitments, manage deadlines, and drive execution without direct authority.
- Background in digital business systems and processes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influence skills.
- MBA preferred.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $132,400 – $251,600 USD. Eligibility for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation may apply, dependent on role level, performance, and business unit factors.
