About the role

Strategic and operational partner to the VP of Business Systems and Strategic Transformation (BST). Act as advisor and proxy, translating high-level vision into consistent execution with a focus on orchestrating the department’s operational rhythm, tracking commitments, and ensuring cross-functional follow-through.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the Team Rhythm: Design, maintain, and optimize the department’s operational cadence, including leadership standups, weekly staff meetings, monthly and quarterly business reviews, and annual planning cycles.
  • Rigorous Action Follow-Up: Own execution tracking across all forums, capture decision outcomes, chase deliverables, unblock dependencies, and hold leadership accountable.
  • Strategic Initiative Management: Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects, particularly BST process optimization.
  • Governance & Performance Tracking: Define and track Goals, Improvement targets, KPIs, and system health metrics aligned with corporate goals.
  • Financial & Resource Management: Partner with BST Finance & HR to align budget and resource plans.
  • Executive Communications: Prepare strategic presentations, board-level updates, and all-hands messaging on BST roadmap and ROI.

What you will learn

Requirements

  • University degree and minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 7+ years.
  • 5+ years in business operations, management consulting, corporate strategy, or program management within tech or high-growth environments.
  • U.S. work authorization (citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee status).
  • Willingness to travel 20%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building and running structured operational cadences (staff meetings, QBRs, planning cycles) for technical/executive teams.
  • Proven track record in tracking commitments, managing deadlines, and driving execution without direct authority.
  • Background with digital business systems and processes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.
  • MBA preferred.

Pay

Salary range: $132,400 – $251,600 USD. Eligibility for annual short-term/long-term incentive programs based on individual, business unit, and company performance.
