Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights
Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights - Facilities Support, leads data-driven evaluation and reporting to support strategic business initiatives for Upstream Facilities Services. This role collaborates with internal and external partners to develop, implement, and refine business strategies, processes, and automated dispatch & support systems. The position oversees multiple projects and workgroups, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while managing KPIs, relationships, and mentoring team members. By leveraging analytical expertise, the role identifies opportunities, monitors performance, and adapts plans to meet evolving business needs, fostering continuous improvement and compliance with company standards.
What you'll do
- Provide data-driven analysis and insights to support and refine business strategies across functions.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and execute business strategies.
- Manage complex processes crossing multiple diverging workgroups that are critical to daily Facilities Maintenance.
- Ensure timely and effective dispatch and support of HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical, and other critical facilities trades.
- Mentor and develop associates, fostering a team environment focused on growth and accountability.
- Manage KPIs and drive improvements across handle time, wait time, first contact resolution, MTBF, MTTR, and more.
- Communicate business priorities clearly while building strong stakeholder relationships to support strategic growth.
About the team
This team leads facilities management support across Walmart stores, clubs, and various sites through a coordinated network of internal and external teams and contact centers. They handle critical issues including refrigeration, HVAC, and power outages, ensuring prompt response and resolution. The team integrates expertise in emergency support, facilities management, and contact center operations, utilizing automated systems and agentic AI workflows to enhance scalability and first-time fixes. Their focus on data-driven decision making, stakeholder collaboration, and workflow management drives efficient asset management and continuous improvement across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.
- 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Stock
