The Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights, leads data-driven evaluation and strategic planning to support business growth and operational efficiency. This role partners with internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement, and refine business strategies based on comprehensive analysis and insights. The position oversees multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while driving continuous improvement and compliance.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area. 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
• Preferred Qualifications: Statistical Programming Language, Supervising Associates, Working on cross-functional teams or projects Masters: Business Administration Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification, Six Sigma Black Belt - Certification, Six Sigma Green Belt - Certification
