Sam’s Club MAP is redefining retail media by leveraging first-party membership data to create measurable growth for our supplier partners. As Senior Manager, Advertising Sales – Beverage Team Lead, you’ll lead the strategic vision and revenue growth across a portfolio of high-impact beverage accounts.

Drive Beverage Revenue Growth
Develop and execute a forward-looking sales strategy that expands MAP’s beverage advertising revenue year over year. Identify whitespace opportunities across brands, innovation launches, and seasonal programs. Build multi-quarter account plans that align supplier investment with Sam’s Club business priorities.Lead Executive-Level Partnerships
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders within beverage supplier organizations. Negotiate complex, high-value advertising agreements that create mutual growth. Influence decision-makers by translating data into compelling, category-level business cases. Own Forecasting & Performance Management.Partner Cross-Functionally
Work closely with merchandising partners to align advertising strategy with category priorities. Collaborate with internal MAP teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and innovation. Anticipate operational friction points and solve them before they escalate.Build & Lead a High-Performance Team
Coach and develop a team of three sales professionals, elevating their strategic thinking and executive presence. Foster a positive, solutions-oriented environment — especially when navigating high-pressure moments. Model resilience, professionalism, and accountability in complex situations.
What You’ll Bring
Proven success leading advertising or retail media marketing or sales within CPG companies or retail media networks — ideally in beverage or adjacent categories.
Proven success using AI to accelerate analysis, automate and accomplish goals with speed and accuracy.
A track record of growing revenue through strategic planning, not just transactional selling.
Executive presence with the ability to influence both supplier leadership and internal partners.
Strong business acumen — you can translate data, trends, and financial metrics into actionable growth strategies.
Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain steady and solutions-focused when challenges arise.

Minimum Qualifications
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing and sales, advertising, or related area and 4 years' experience in business development, market development, or related area.
Option 2: 6 years’ experience in business development, market development, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Advertising, or related area.

Additional Compensation
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
