Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, execution, optimization, and performance management of Amazon advertising campaigns across Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, and Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC).
  • Manage relationships with key enterprise clients, serving as a strategic advisor and Amazon advertising expert.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon advertising strategies aligned with client business objectives.
  • Design media plans, budget allocation strategies, and performance roadmaps that maximize return on ad spend.
  • Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization recommendations.
  • Present business reviews, strategic recommendations, and performance insights through QBRs, YBRs, WBRs, and executive-level presentations.
  • Drive innovation through testing, experimentation, audience development, and advanced targeting strategies.
  • Utilize AMC insights to develop advanced measurement, attribution, and audience strategies.
  • Partner closely with Business Development, Product, and Client Success teams to support account growth and client retention.
  • Monitor advertising budgets and ensure campaigns are pacing effectively toward client goals.
  • Stay current on Amazon advertising updates, emerging ad products, retail media trends, and industry best practices.
  • Mentor team members and serve as an internal resource for Amazon advertising strategy and execution.

Qualifications

  • MUST HAVE hands-on Amazon Ads experience.
  • MUST HAVE direct experience managing Amazon DSP campaigns.
  • MUST HAVE experience utilizing Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) for reporting, audience insights, measurement, or campaign strategy.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP, and AMC programs.
  • Proven experience building, optimizing, and scaling Amazon advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon retail media strategy, attribution, audience targeting, and performance measurement.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience presenting advertising performance and strategic recommendations to clients and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management abilities.
