Senior Maintenance Technician DC5 PMWE

Responsibilities

• Performs skilled maintenance activities including material handling and automated equipment troubleshooting and repair;
• Maintains building, equipment, shop and storage areas in a clean and orderly condition;
• Completes work orders for work performed and includes parts and inventory used;
• Documents all work order activities to comply with CMMS requirements;
• Schedules and manages daily activities, productivity/accountability of Facilities Associates and work orders as assigned;
• Follows lockout-tag out procedures, confined space procedures, and other safety and environmental procedures/policies;
• Oversees internal/external projects including scheduling and contractor/vendor interface;
• Punchlists all assigned projects and tasks to ensure adherence to company standards and specifications;
• Participates in and monitors all Preventive Maintenance tasks and Inventory Management as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years industrial maintenance experience with forklifts, conveyors, controls, hydraulics, pneumatics and building maintenance;
• Proven track record of strong proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting;
• Electrical experience with high and low voltage, AC and DC;
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings;
• Welding skill preferred, but not required;
• Technical school or training desired;
• Must be computer literate.

Pay

Minimum Salary: $31.00 Maximum Salary: $40.69
