Key Responsibilities

  • Complete advanced maintenance repairs and service requests
  • Support unit turns and make-ready work for new residents
  • Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building system issues
  • Auxiliary in maintaining property safety, compliance, and curb appeal standards
  • Sustain preventive maintenance programs and inspections
  • Assist with pool maintenance (preferred skill set)
  • Respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed
  • Contribute to efficient daily operations of a 300-unit community

Requirements

  • 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • EPA Certification required (Type II or Universal)
  • Pool maintenance experience preferred
  • Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repair skills
  • Ability to work independently and assist junior technicians when needed
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to participate in on-call rotation and emergency response
