Senior Machine Operator – Blowmold ($27.45)

About the role

Kemps Dairy is hiring a Senior-level Machine Operator for their Blowmold Department. This role is ideal for experienced operators who can take ownership of their equipment, troubleshoot moderately complex issues, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and break down blowmold equipment
• Make mechanical adjustments and troubleshoot moderate equipment issues
• Maintain consistent product quality while meeting production targets
• Monitor production, quality, and equipment performance simultaneously
• Identify and communicate root-cause issues to maintenance and leadership
• Support best practices and training within the operator team

Requirements

• 6+ months of hands-on machine operation experience (blowmold, molding, or similar equipment preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Able to multi-task and prioritize while managing equipment, quality checks, and production flow
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
