Responsibilities

• Develop and implement field trials to evaluate crop performance under various conditions.
• Provide technical support to farmers on best practices for crop nutrition and management.
• Conduct on-farm demonstrations and educational sessions to promote sustainable farming practices.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide accurate product information and support.
• Collect and analyze data to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Soil Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in agricultural research or field agronomy.
• Strong understanding of crop physiology and soil science.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience working with precision agriculture tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of crop protection products and their applications.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
