Job Description
Ensure machine is operating at required speed, producing quality product with minimal waste.
- Change paper, glues, inks, as well as unjam machines as necessary.
- Assist Adjuster Supervisor with training and retraining of Bag Catchers, Collator Tenders and Machine Tenders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience is needed.
- Three to five years of factory experience is preferred, or six months to one year experience as a Bag Catcher or Machine Tender.
- Must pass Bennett Mechanical Test.
- Must have basic reading, math and communication skills.
- Must have ability to make adjustments and minor repairs, with good working knowledge of machinery.
- Must be able to correctly read a ruler and use various hand tools/industrial equipment.

- Carrying; a minimum of 50 lbs.
