Job Description

Ensure machine is operating at required speed, producing quality product with minimal waste.

Change paper, glues, inks, as well as unjam machines as necessary.
Assist Adjuster Supervisor with training and retraining of Bag Catchers, Collator Tenders and Machine Tenders.

Qualifications

A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience is needed.
Three to five years of factory experience is preferred, or six months to one year experience as a Bag Catcher or Machine Tender.
Must pass Bennett Mechanical Test.
Must have basic reading, math and communication skills.
Must have ability to make adjustments and minor repairs, with good working knowledge of machinery.
Must be able to correctly read a ruler and use various hand tools/industrial equipment.
