Senior Long-Term Business Strategy Specialist

Accountabilities

• Support enterprise-level strategy execution by partnering with leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate business data into actionable insights, improve operational visibility, and enable strategic decision-making through strong analytical and communication capabilities.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive governance, accountability, and execution across strategic initiatives.
• Develop executive-level presentations, business reviews, reporting materials, and communications that clearly convey strategic insights and recommendations.
• Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into compelling narratives that support leadership decisions and business priorities.
• Build and maintain performance tracking tools, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and reporting frameworks to monitor business and operational performance.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and proactively communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Improve reporting and analytics processes by simplifying, standardizing, and automating workflows using digital tools and emerging technologies.
• Create and maintain presentation templates, visual assets, and storytelling frameworks to improve communication quality and efficiency.
• Stay informed on industry trends, data visualization practices, and AI-enabled tools to enhance strategic analysis and ways of working.
• Conduct quality reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of executive-facing materials.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate is a strategic and analytical professional with experience supporting complex business initiatives, creating executive communications, and using data to influence decisions.
• You should combine strong business judgment with excellent storytelling, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Strategy, or a related discipline required.
• Experience developing executive presentations and complex analyses for senior leadership audiences.
• Experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, business analytics, or a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to manage strategic projects from concept through execution while balancing multiple priorities.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including the ability to create visually engaging and executive-ready presentations.
• Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools to create dashboards and actionable insights.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled productivity tools and generative AI assistants to improve analysis, content creation, and efficiency.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to identify business opportunities and risks.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and leadership levels.
• Must have basic proficiency in English to understand and communicate verbal and written directions, policies, procedures, and workplace information.
