Senior Business Strategy Manager
Responsibilities
Carry out analyses and synthesize findings to formulate supply chain strategies. Topics include industry insights, long-term operations optimization, and addressing immediate supply chain issues.
Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategic projects, covering project initiation, progress monitoring, key performance indicator tracking, and final delivery. Ensure supply chain resilience through diversified sourcing and global coverage.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Engineering teams to enhance supply chain stability. Communicate effectively with executive and cross-functional stakeholders to align objectives, oversee execution, and update progress.
Engage in cross-functional teams on supply chain and sourcing initiatives such as sustainability and government policies. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing fact-based analysis and supporting communication materials for Supply Chain and Sourcing teams.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in high-tech supply chain or sourcing
- Experience in leading strategy projects involving cross-functional teams
- Preferred: MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, 2+ years of experience in management consulting, supply chain strategy, or corporate strategy, experience in owning executive-level communications, demonstrated capability in driving analysis, problem-solving, and strategic thinking, passion for both defining strategic agendas and executing them, ability to influence and build lasting relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications: Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 3+ years of marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ years of marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR equivalent experience.
- Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including passing the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Benefits
Base pay range: USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year in the U.S., USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year in the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
