Senior Loan Sales Representative - Dickson, TN
Starting salary: $17.25 per hour
About the role
This position leverages interpersonal skills and business knowledge to meet the needs of our customers. The Sr. Loan Sales Representative works closely with the Branch Manager and staff to build relationships and identify customer needs, and is knowledgeable of product and service features to drive an exceptional customer experience.
Serving customers onsite at the branch office is an essential function of this job (working from home is not permitted under any circumstances).
Responsibilities
- Recommend products and services to support individual, branch sales goals, and customer expectations
- Market branch products and services to customers and potential customers
- Conduct assigned collection calls of customer accounts to arrange payment
- Seek opportunities to originate new loans with new and existing customers
- Develop knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools
- Ensure customer information is correct and document interactions
- Consistently meet or exceed branch and individual goals
- Conduct dialogues with customers to identify and respond to needs in a timely and efficient manner
- Build internal and external relationships
- Ensure customer confidentiality and privileged information is maintained
- Adhere to all 1FFC policies and procedures
- Comply with all State and Federal regulations
- Participate in personal development
- Exhibit knowledge of all 1FFC products
- Seek additional opportunities and responsibilities
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of previous Customer Service experience
- Ability to meet current Licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate an automobile
Qualifications
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment
- Advanced interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and differing social and business settings
- Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information
- Action and result focused
- Strong communication skills (verbal/written)
- Proficient with MS Office Suite products
