About the role

As a Senior Loan Officer, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of mortgage loans, providing expert advice to clients, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of mortgage loans
  • Provide expert advice to clients on loan products and processes
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Conduct thorough underwriting and risk assessments
  • Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and goals
  • Prepare and present loan applications to clients and third-party partners
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage lending
  • Proven track record of successful loan origination and management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of current mortgage laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Qualifications

    • Valid California Real Estate License
    • Experience with loan processing systems and software
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Pay

    The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

    Schedule

    This position is full-time and requires on-site work at our Irvine, CA office.
