Senior Loan Officer, Mortgage

About the role

Average of 5 years of mortgage lending experience. Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients. Proficiency in using loan origination systems (LOS).

Responsibilities

• Review and underwrite loan applications to ensure compliance with lending policies and regulations.
• Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Manage loan files through various stages including approval, closing, and post-closing activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
• Valid Arizona Real Estate License.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal and state lending laws and regulations.
• Experience with loan documentation and closing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay

$80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
