Senior Living Housekeeper
About the role
The Senior Living Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of living spaces within a senior care facility. This includes daily cleaning tasks, restocking supplies, and ensuring the environment is safe and comfortable for residents.
Responsibilities
- Daily cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and facilities
- Restocking supplies such as linens, cleaning products, and medications
- Maintaining a safe and hygienic living environment
- Assisting with resident transfers and escorting residents to activities
- Complying with all safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in housekeeping or related field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Experience working with seniors
- Knowledge of senior care best practices
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping
