About the role

Merrill Gardens at Solivita Marketplace is currently seeking Housekeepers to join our team. We are a family business committed to creating a supportive environment for seniors.

Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly clean and maintain resident apartments and common areas.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to residents and guests.
  • Report needed supplies to appropriate personnel and coordinate housekeeping services with other departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • One to two years of housekeeping experience in a similar environment, preferred.
  • Experience working with seniors or in a customer service-focused environment helpful.
  • Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 90 lbs, pushing/pulling, and other physical activities.
